Cancellation & Refund Policy

More than 96 hours before tour date:

• You can move your reservation free of charge, depending on availability.
• You can get a full refund for your reservation.
• Any refund is subject to a 10% processing fee to a maximum charge of $85 plus tax per refund action. This is to cover the transaction fees we must assume with credit card payments. 

Between 96 hours and 48 hours before tour date:

• You can move your reservation for a 45$ fee per ticket, depending on availability.
• 50% reimbursement in case of cancellation.

Less than 48 hours before tour date:

• You can move your reservation for a 50% fee, depending on availability.
• No reimbursement in case of cancellation.

All times:

• PENDING reservations cannot be refunded.
• Reservations postponed more than once cannot be refunded
• Any refund is subject to a 10% processing fee to a maximum charge of $85 plus tax per refund action. This is to cover the transaction fees we must assume with credit card payments. 

For group reservations of 10 or more guests:

• Free cancellations and no fees for rescheduling 7 days before the tour date;
• From 7 to 4 days before the tour date: 50% cancellation fee / 50% fee per ticket for rescheduling;
• Within 4 days of tour date: no reimbursement in case of cancellation / 100% fee for rescheduling. 

Refund Payment

Once approved, Aventure Outaouais will refund the amount due in the same form of payment used and to same account. It can take between 5 to 10 days to receive a full refund due to transaction delays. 

Note: Aventure Outaouais conducts operations in all weather conditions, with some exceptions:

• extreme weather;
• when there is a foreseeable risk;
• when there are insufficient bookings;
• and or any other event beyond our control.

In these situations, the tour will be postponed to another date suitable to you, or there will be a full refund with no processing fees.
