Plus, we hide special surprise questions in the vines to spark connections.

Once you reserve your spot, a confirmation email will be sent straight to your inbox. Spots are limited per gender to ensure a balanced event. The Monday before your adventure, we’ll send you all the details, including pickup times for those opting for transportation.

🍇 Icebreaker Activity / Grape Harvesting in the Vines

Kick off the afternoon with a warm welcome from our guide and hosts at the Little Red Wagon Winery in Shawville (QC), then head into the vineyard for a hands-on grape harvesting experience. As you pick, you’ll be paired with different partners to keep conversations fresh and flowing. We’ve even hidden fun icebreaker questions among the vines to spark laughter and meaningful chats.

⏳ 10-Minute Rotations

During the harvesting fun, you’ll enjoy a series of 10-minute rotations with each potential match. This is your chance to make connections in a relaxed, romantic outdoor setting. Each person will be on the opposite side of the vines. As you cut the grapes, learn more about your potential match. 

📝 Match Cards

After meeting everyone, hand in your match card to our host with the names of the people you’d like to see again. No awkward pressure—just good vibes and genuine connections.

❤️🔥 Match Results

Within 72 hours, you’ll get an email with your mutual matches—along with each other’s contact info so you can plan a follow-up date. We’ll even suggest a few romantic, vineyard-inspired ideas to keep the spark alive.

📍 Details on Location & Transportation

This speed dating experience takes place at the Little Red Wagon Winery in Shawville (QC), during the peak of the grape harvesting season. The event runs from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., with a maximum of 20 guests. Need a lift? We offer optional minibus transportation from multiple pickup points across Ottawa and Gatineau (see “Pick up/Drop off” section at checkout). Pickups take place up to 1 hour before the event, and we’ll send your specific pickup time by email a few days before. Transportation is available for only $10 (plus taxes) per person. You will be able to add transportation service at checkout after you choose your tickets. Our events allow for a 2-year leeway on the age range listed (so long as you are 18 years of age at the time of the event). The price per person is $50 (plus taxes). This activity is weather dependant (refunds are available in case of cancellation).
